Arun Shankar has a long baseline career in publishing, production, point of sales, outdoor media, below the line marketing and has an active social media presence as an influencer in his field.. He has worked in multiple countries and regions including India, Singapore, Afghanistan, Qatar, the UAE and East and Central Africa. He is active in long distance walking, trekking and atmospherics.

Outside of work, Ellen is an avid reader and spends most of her time in a book or travelling to new exciting destinations in the real world.

With a strong background in publishing and communications, both in the UK and Australia, Louise is the Editorial Operations Manager for Lynchpin Media. Outside of work, she has written and illustrated several children's picture books and also pursues her passions for oil painting, reading and travelling.

Emilie is bringing her experience and expertise to Lynchpin Media to develop relationships with agencies & to support them in delivering value to their B2B paid media campaigns. She recently moved from London to Costa Rica and is therefore looking especially after the NA and LATAM markets. Emilie loves travelling, enjoys playing tennis, learning surfing and watching the sunsets.

Brett is a seasoned account director and brings experience in multiple global markets including the APAC and Middle East regions. Having worked in the IT industry for over 15 years he has a lot of experience. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and playing a number of different sports.

Recently relocating from London to Australia, she is excited to support clients in the APAC region, with a focus on elevating their paid media campaigns. Outside of work, Aneesa harbours a passion for music and actively learns music production techniques in her free time.

Paul will be overseeing all financial aspects of the company, having worked in accountancy practice for over 28 years gaining experience in various sectors and industries, Paul has supported and advised business owners and their accounts staff on various tasks and projects. Out of work Paul enjoys supporting Arsenal football club (sometimes) as well as playing golf and eating out.
